Mattress & Pillow Science Shipping Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We use the Australia Post System when dispatching your goods.
Other than Mattresses/Bases (where you will be contacted and delivery details discussed with you) we will dispatch your order after 24 hours.
Our delivery fee is a low flat $11.95 for any purchase in Australia and FREE for items over $150 (excluding mattresses/bases). (WA and NT are excluded, these addresses incur a $14.95 shipping charge)

Mattress & Pillow Science Return Policy
For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our whole range of pillows only on the store. Our Flexi Pillow Toppers and all body support pillows do not qualify for a change of mind return once taken out of it's packaging. Return postage cost is to be paid by the customer. Once the pillows condition has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
There is a standard 12 month warranty provided by Mattress & Pillow Science on all items sold on this site.
The warranty applies to any defects in the product resulting from the manufacturing process. This excludes normal wear and tear. These warranties are over and above the warranty prescribed by the prevailing consumer law.
