Can be used on any source of heat: gas, electricity or induction, heavy duty quality, iton handle.
Before the first use: Place the frying pan under hot running water for a few minutes, remove remainders of the protection layer with a brush if it is necessary. Dry the frying pan, then fry in the oil some instants the peels or slices of sprinkled potatoes with lot of salt. Throw away the cooked peels. Briefly reheat the frying pan with a little oil, withdraw and wipe with paper.
After use: Wipe the frying pan with paper or if necessary rinse under hot running water. Clean without dish washing liquid. Dry and regrease lightly.
