Mason & Frankie Shipping Policy

We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Products will usually be dispatched within 2 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery times vary by location, and regional and rural areas may take longer.

If the premise is unattended our delivery provider may leave a card at the address and you will need to pickup the delivery from the outlet noted or contact the delivery contractor to arrange redelivery.
Delivery fees are based on delivery to the door of a Ground Floor. If the delivery is in a multi-story building the delivery company will not travel past the ground floor front door.
Deliveries will usually occur Mon-Fri (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods, unfortunately we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time.
If an item shows as unavailable for delivery to your area it may be due to its size, fragility, or the risk of damage during long transit or multiple handling points.

We assess delivery availability based on logistics, product protection, and overall customer experience. We’re continually reviewing our packaging and freight options to expand our delivery reach.

Mason & Frankie Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We pride ourselves on great customer service and want to make your shopping experience easy and efficient.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the goods. We will accept a change of mind and the provision of a credit if:
The claim is filed within 14 days of receipt.
Proof of purchase is acceptable.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is obtained from us in advance of goods being returned. Please do not organize the returns without notifying us first. We do not accept returns to be delivered in person to our warehouse.
The goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.

Claims relating to product damage upon delivery should be notified to our customer service team as soon as possible. In the case of your purchase being delivered damaged, our service centre representative:
may request photos of the damage.
will offer a replacement or refund.
will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for the damaged product to be collected and returned to us at our cost.
Please contact our service centre via Bunnings' messaging system. Our service centre representative will assist with providing a return authorization number.

If you have received a product that is faulty, Please contact our service centre via the Bunnings messaging system, and a representative will assess the claim.
If there is a minor fault, we can offer either a replacement spare part, replacement unit, or other suitable remedy.
If there is a major fault, we can offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
If the product was damaged through abnormal use, no refund or repair can be offered.
