From our base in Melbourne, we ship your order Australia Wide using Australia Post, Aramex and other couriers best suitable for your place. You have a Parcel Tracking detail for every order. We ship most orders in the following working day (VIC).
We provide Authority To Leave (ATL) option. However, we will not be held liable for any stock loss, due to theft or negligence if Authority To Leave is selected at the time of checkout and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed (except weekends and public holidays). Cut-off time is 12pm (if order is placed after 12pm, it will be dispatched on the following business day). Delivery time is 1 to 14 business days in general, depending on different postcodes and delivery services. Delivery times might vary depending upon mail volume and a host of other factors.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email first.
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days after ordering date under some conditions. All manchester textile products return are not accepted for the safety and hygiene reasons , except unused and unwashed, and it must be packed as original and in a resellable condition (it is important for you to keep the original package).
All shipping and handling charges for the return are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is wrong delivery of items to buyers. We don't cover the return cost if you change your mind , don't like patterns and colours of products, or Product does not fit or other reasons
Replacement shipping or Return for Refund cannot be initiated until both parties have an agreement of a return solution.
