LuxLiving Shipping Policy

All of our products are located in Australia and all orders will be shipped within 2 business days of payment. Some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.\n\nThe cost of shipping related to larger items may be dependent on the destination postcode. Deliveries to rural areas may require the goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If you are not able to accept your goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left for you to call the nearest freight depot for collection (requesting re-delivery will incur extra charges). \n\nDelivery will take between 1 to 5 business days although longer delays may be expected for locations based outside of the major metro areas.\n\nCustomers will be advised of any issues with their order within 1 business day.\n\n

LuxLiving Return Policy

All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if: -Your product was damaged during transit -You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased -You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is: -Returned within 30 days of order -Not used and with original packaging -Is in resaleable condition with no damage To contact our Customer Service team, please click on the Contact Seller link located in your original order confirmation email. Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team. Applicable freight and re-stocking fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product.
