LushCovers Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping, dispatching to addresses across Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 5 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We do not offer a pick-up option. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

We aim to dispatch all products within one to two working days after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

Please note that it will be taking longer time to deliver during peak season such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day and etc. Please allow extra 3-5 business days for delivery during those period. To ensure your purchase deliver on time, please make sure you place the order earlier.

LushCovers Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Contact us for a return if,
- Your product was damaged during transit
- The product that you have purchased arrived differently to what was in the product description in terms of size or colour

Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team which will be sent to your registered email address. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not accepted. Applicable dispatch fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. Our return policy does not cover the product if it is damaged by the customer. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
