We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.

Dispatch Time:
•\tIn-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Authority To Leave (ATL):
We support Authority To Leave (ATL). If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a secure location at your premises. You may specify ATL preferences at checkout. Customers assume responsibility for parcels left under ATL. If ATL is not selected and no one is available, re-deliver charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items:
Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, please ensure notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

LumenSphere Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Change of Mind Returns:
Except in cases of faulty goods, LumenSphere accepts change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to our written approval and at our sole discretion.
If a return is approved, goods must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply. Please contact us for details. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs and a description of the issue.
We will assess the claim and, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:
• Items that have been used, installed, or altered
• Products without original packaging or with missing components
• Any claim made outside the stated timeframes
