Established in 2018, Luco comes about with the mindset that purchasing furniture online should be hassle free and enjoyable process. Our designs are focused towards minimalist design that looks good and foremost importantly, comfortable yet affordable.

We strongly believe that our customers deserve to own their piece of quality furniture without having to pay 50% extra if not more when the goods are transferred from parties to parties prior reaching the hands of the retailers – storage, time travelling, advertising, etc – saved.

Furniture are generally bulkier than normal average items, which creates the extra handling fee and stacks up even more so when transferred between multiple hands who each wants a cut. This is how the furniture chain flows conventionally prior reaching your hand.

With that, it inspires us even greatly to design and make our furniture directly from the factory and deliver to your hand avoiding many of the extra costs. This is our recipe how we are able to present you with unique pieces of furniture that are both exquisite yet affordable.

Luco Furniture & Decoration Shipping Policy

Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.

Deliveries to metro areas usually take between 1 - 3 business days while regional deliveries can take up to 12 business days depending on your location.

To reduce the chances of delays with re-delivery, authority to leave (ATL) would be set by default for all orders. Please contact us on 03 9112 5556 or via clicking on the Contact Seller link within your original order confirmation email to let us know should you wish to sign for your order when it arrives. We will contact you and try our best to arrange this for you. Kindly note however, if no one is present to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, authority to leave will be set for the order.

Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO Box address or parcel lockers.


Luco Furniture & Decoration Return Policy

Damaged in transit:
Please notify us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged or faulty. You should always start with inspecting the packaging, making sure you detail any physical damages to the packaging or if the packaging has arrived opened and take photos that clearly showcase the damage. This should usually include at least one close-up photo and another overall photo/video of the whole package(s). Photos or video recordings that can show the damage clearly would allow us to resolve the matter faster. You should also refrain from using, assembling or installing should you received damaged or faulty product.

Replacement parts are available for items arrived damaged or faulty within 14 days. We reserve the rights to refund you in full if an exchange cannot be completed due to stock unavailability, delivery issue, or any other issues in our reasonable opinion that we are unable to fulfill the original order. Kindly note that, you should always retain the original packaging in its original condition including accessories and installation manuals to facilitate repair, exchange or refund as we do require items to be sent back for us to process the remedies. Any product returned to us must be transported in suitably protective outer packaging and in a manner adequate to withstand the ordinary risks associated with transport. Any loose products will be rejected by the courier and damages caused by inadequate packaging will incur additional charges.

Notification must be made within a reasonable time frame.

These remedies will not be given where in our reasonable opinion, the product has become damaged or faulty due to misuse, failure to take reasonable care, failure to follow manufacturer’s instruction or failure to notify us within the reasonable time frame upon receiving it.

Change of mind
We allow 14 days change of mind return. Kindly return the item in its original condition and packaging. 14 days period commence from the date you receive your item.

You should contact us first before posting the item back to us to reduce risk of item not identifiable upon returning to our warehouse. To email us, please click on the Contact Seller link which can be found in your original order confirmation email.

The item must be in “as-new” condition. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Item not returned, in an “as-new” condition, may incur a handling and restocking fee up to 20% of the value of the item.

The following list of items are not eligible for a change of mind.
1. Mattresses & bedding. Bedding includes quilts and duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, protectors and underlays.
2. Clearance items
3. Personalised items
4. Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
5. Assembled items or items assembled by Luco Furniture & Decoration or our contractors on request.
6. Display clearance taken as-is.

You will be responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will perform inspections on the condition of the returned item and process your refund. You will receive your refund of the full price you paid, less any actual cost for shipping the item to you irrespective of any free, discounted, or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of placing your order.
