Returns Policy
At Rug Craft, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 5 days of receipt and opt for an exchange or a store credit (minus return shipping costs, which will be provided upon request).
Return Eligibility
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
The returned product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
Any items not returned in their original packaging and/or condition may incur an additional handling fee, which will be deducted from your credit.
Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit. Use the same packaging materials the item was sent with.
Steps to Return an Item
Contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email 5 days of receiving your order.
We will book the return pick-up on your behalf and send you shipping labels to print.
The rug will be collected on your chosen date.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (please allow 2-3 business days for inspection), a replacement or store credit will be processed.
Damaged in Transit
Unfortunately, items can occasionally be damaged during transit.
If the packaging or item is significantly damaged upon delivery:
Refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. You can opt for either a full refund or have a replacement rug sent out.
If damage is noticed after accepting the rug:
Take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We are happy to assist with the return.
Steps to Return a Damaged Item
Lodge an inquiry via email within 3 business days of receiving your order.
We will book the return pick-up on your behalf and send you shipping labels to print.
The rug will be collected on your chosen date.
If, upon inspection, the merchandise is found to be non-defective, a 20% restocking fee plus return freight costs will be deducted from your total credit.
Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be processed after inspection. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds, considering shipping and inspection timeframes.
