A wave of a hand or a similar motion will trigger the lid to open for hygienic and hands-free operation. Once you are done, just move away from the bin and the lid will close automatically. The Living Elements Sensor Bin also features a simple, red light display interface and touch-manual mode, suitable for longer tasks when you can’t quite carry everything in one go.
