Linen Comfort Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping Australia wide on all orders.
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. We will notify you via email or phone if there are any expected delays or stock shortages.

We deliver our products using Australia Post eparcel service. Currently, we only ship within Australia only.

Tracking details are provided for all parcels sent via Australia Post so you can track your parcel once it has been posted. Just go to the Australia Post website and you can keep track of where your order is.

All our items are sent “Signature on Delivery” meaning Australia Post are required to Deliver goods and get a signature for the delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card for you and take your parcel to the nearest post office for you to collect within 7 business days. You are welcome to request “Safe Drop” via Australia Post should you require it. Please note: Should you choose to have your parcel left in safe place, we are not liable for “missing mail” claims on these deliveries.

If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to it being unable to be delivered or it was not collected from the Post Office we are charged a Return to Sender fee by Australia Post. The customer will be responsible for the fee charged by Australia post and for any costs to resend the parcel.

Linen Comfort Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Linen Comfort.

Exchange/refund is available only if the product is faulty or damaged. The item must be returned in the original condition of purchase with its packaging and posted within 14 days of receiving the item.

For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us with details of damage or fault. Be sure to quote your order number and we will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.

For change of mind, if you have not opened the package, you may be eligible for exchange if the wrong colour or size was ordered. Please contact us prior to returning the item/s.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and still be in an unused and saleable condition.

If an item is returned which has not been opened we offer a full refund or credit towards another item if you wish to exchange.
