We offer a 14 Day "Change of Mind" return. But we do not provide a refund for outbound and inbound delivery charges. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service. Please do not return or post item before obtaining return instructions from us.
For the faulty item, we may ask the customer to provide details of the fault or damage so we can assess the best way to deal with the problem. If we request the faulty item return, we will provide the return label.
