Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Times

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 5–10 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: May require an additional 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Warranty & Returns

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy, giving you confidence when shopping with us.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a Change of Mind return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and manuals).
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
No restocking fees apply.
Return postage for Change of Mind returns may be at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us before sending your return to obtain return instructions and ensure smooth processing.

2. Warranty & Faulty Items

All our products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

To process a warranty claim, you may be asked to provide:

A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos showing the fault.

Please note that warranty claims do not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
