We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders are shipped via Auspost and tracking details are provided. For Australian, non-regional customers, most orders arrive within 5 business days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

For faulty goods, returns are excepted when returned promptly in their original packaging. A postage-paid return label will be provided and upon receipt of returned item a full refund will be issued.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery when returned as new with all original packaging/tags in place. Return shipping is at customers cost. Order total less shipping cost will be refunded.
