At Laser, we aim to provide quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA) or does not match your order, you may return it for a replacement or credit under the following conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, with a return authorization obtained from Laser Corporation.
Products must be in their original packaging, of a current model, and in as-new, saleable condition.
Certain products, including specially ordered items, IT consumables, and specific computer hardware, may not be eligible for return.
Returns can be sent at the customer’s expense or via a prepaid return label where applicable.
Risk remains with the customer until the returned product is received by Laser.
A restocking or return fee may apply in cases of incorrect return lodgement.
