Welcome to La Doggie Vita! Our doggy and feline world, inspired by our favourite furry best friends!

La Doggie Vita was founded by Jess & James Gibbins in 2013. Their fur baby, Carl the Great Dane was in need of a blanket for snuggling on the couch with them. Jess and James found there was nothing in the market that was suitable for Carl’s long legs and great size! The pair were on a mission…to create a range of luxury Australian-designed pet beds, blankets, accessories and toys for the smallest to the largest of dog and cat breeds. Tapping into their extensive experience in the fashion and product development industry, the next 12 months found Jess and James travelling the world visiting dog shows, trade shows and sourcing the perfect fabrics for their new range. Together they developed products for dogs and cats, creating a cohesive collection for the Australian pet market. And, completely inspired by Carl the Great Dane and his friends.

La Doggie Vita Shipping Policy

Australia Standard Delivery:

Once payment is made it will take between 5-7 business days for the goods to arrive. Delivery to some remote areas may take up to 13 days.

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver by Australia Post, Toll, TNT and DHL with an authority to leave.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be despatched on the next business day.

A tracking number will be emailed once the goods are released for shipment.

We recommend not using a PO BOX address to avoid any delays.

Australia Express Delivery:

Once payment is made it will take up to 1-3 business days for the goods to arrive.

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver by Australia Post and Direct Freight with an authority to leave.

A tracking number will be emailed once the goods are released for shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be despatched on the next business day.

We recommend not suing a PO BOX address to avoid any delays.

Goods may not be delivered within the 1-3 business day time frame due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes) beyond the control of La Doggie Vita or Australia Post.

IMPORTANT: Additional freight charges may apply to utilise the Express delivery service.

La Doggie Vita Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable software products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us by clicking on the Contact Seller link, located in your original order confirmation email and we will provide details on whether you are eligible for a refund and how to complete the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable)
Once your return is received (at your expense) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact by clicking on the Contact Seller link, located in your original order confirmation email

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item is of the wrong size or colour shipping will be charged to you at your expense. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking on the Contact Seller link, located in your original order confirmation email and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
