We offer discounted shipping at excellent low rates. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive email notification for the tracking details. For small items, authority to Leave Freight will be applied on the delivery.

Please note the delivery company will only deliver the product to your front door or ground floor entrance for apartments. They do not deliver to PO boxes or lockers. They will not bring the product inside your home or upstairs.

The delivery time may vary based on different courier companies. The estimated shipping time are 3-7 business days for metro area and 5-15 business days for regional area. Bulky and large items may take longer.

Change of mind or Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for refund:

You must provide 24 hours notice prior to the return of the item/s.
The item/s and their packaging must be in unused, new condition as it was at the time of purchase, and to be returned to us in all of its original packaging (this includes manuals, bolts, and packaging material) at your own expense – we do not cover return freight. We recommend you use a shipping method with tracking service so you can track your shipment, we credit goods when they arrive in our warehouse, not when they are sent.
Should the item/s be returned damaged or missing parts they are not eligible for refund. 
The return date must be within the 7 days; sufficient time must be made for the item to be returned to us – this includes travel time.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Kingkong Fitness reserves the right to reject a claim for refund.
If refund is qualified, we will offer you a refund less 15% restocking fee.
If we organize the return with our couriers, the freight charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
