Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
kick n bak FLOATS accepts change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Proof of purchase may be required to process your return.
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, kindly contact us as soon as reasonably practicable via the Contact Seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We review each case individually and will work to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.
