Keeping House Shipping Policy

Carrier Details: We dispatch all orders through Australia Post.
Handling time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. (we do not dispatch orders on weekends)
Transit Time: Estimated delivery time frame with Australia Post is 7-14 business days.
Tracking: All orders will have a unique Australia Post tracking number. This number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Keeping House Return Policy

We are happy to accept an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note for all ‘change of mind’ returns, your item must be returned to our warehouse in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping cost in returning the product, to ensure safe delivery we recommended that you use the option of tracking your parcel. Your refund will only be processed once your item has been received.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for used bedding items.
Every order is inspected by our QA Department before it leaves our Warehouse, this is to ensure you receive your product in good condition.
If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us immediately. Please note that Faulty goods should be returned within 30 days of purchase. If there is a manufacturing fault or the goods are damaged we will refund the purchase price & offer a return label.
All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, this means all packaging and labels must be attached. Failure to comply with this will result in the goods being returned to you and no refund will be provided.
Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed. Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
Steps for exchange:
1. Place and pay for a new order on the website to secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.
2. Send back the items you are exchanging with the exchange/return form filling it in with the RA number provided.
3. When we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process a refund accordingly.
Any items returned without prior communication will NOT be entertained.
