KAS Australia Shipping Policy

All KAS orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery timeframes vary by location, generally 3–10 business days for metro and regional areas across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address. All prices are shown in AUD and are GST-inclusive.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

Returns – Change of Mind

We want you to love your KAS piece. If it's not quite right, we're happy to accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and returned in its original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change of mind returns. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sale, clearance and made-to-order items are excluded from change of mind returns. This exclusion applies to change of mind returns only and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The 30-day return period applies to change of mind returns only. It does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll handle it in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
