Kamprad's Oikos 1943 Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.For metro area, it takes around 3- 5 working days to deliver. Other areas will take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on your location.\n\nShipping fee is calculated according to the weight and size of the product and your location at the checkout if you’re not located in metro area. We engage with courier companies including Australia Post, Allied Express, Hunter Express etc. You’ll receive the tracking number and progress of your deliveries once order is dispatched.\n\nSome products may be dispatched in more than one carton. Please take note of separate deliveries may occur for these products.\n\nAll orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is made. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer support to submit your request. \n\nPlease note that an additional fee might occur if the order has been dispatched.\n\nPlease note that peak season such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and Christmas period will take longer time to deliver due to huge volume of parcels. Please allow extra 3-5 days delivery time during these periods.

Kamprad's Oikos 1943 Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

For 'Change of Mind' orders, returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Prior to returning your goods, a satisfactory proof of photos and / or videos is required to be sent to us, in ensuring that:

The product has been unused and in the same condition it was sold.
No damages, stains, markings, and misuse of the products.
Original box packaging is used to protect good/s from further damaging on the return to sender.
If the returning product does not have the original packaging a 50% fee of the original purchased price will be deducted when processing the refund.

Please note: we recommend that you keep the original packaging (boxes) to ensure a safe return to sender when a change of mind occurs. Returning goods are therefore a responsibility of the buyer / customer until we have received it.

Please note: a prepaid return label can be provided by us to you and deducted when the refund is initiated after the return, alternatively the buyer / customer can choose a postal courier by themselves and will be liable for the return cost.

Fees that will be deducted from your refund are:
A restocking fee calculation of 15% fee of the original purchased price will be charged and deducted once we have received the product back to our warehouse.
A return fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the postage of product back to us (if preferred by the buyer / customer) for us to organise a return label.
