For cutting and stock removal on aluminium and aluminium alloys, plastic and rubber. Aluminium Cut Ball Nosed Cylinder Carbide Burr's are ideal for cutting aluminium and aluminium alloys, plastic and rubber. This particular shape is great for contour finishing and application on right-angled curves. When using a 12mm aluminium cut burr to aluminium/aluminium alloys, it should be run in a die grinder/air tool between 20,000 – 30,000 RPM. For use on plastics/hard rubber, operate at 13,000 – 30,000 RPM. Please note also, do not use this product on steel or hard metal because chipping will occur.
