Javson Sports Australia Shipping Policy

Javson Sports provides high-quality products with reliable and efficient shipping services. We have partnered with Australia’s leading freight forwarders like Australia Post and Star Track Express for small and bulk shipments to deliver safe and fast delivery at the best freight rate across Australia.\n\nDELIVERY TIME:\nYour order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after we got your payment confirmation. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. During peak times there will be a delay. Our distribution centre is located in Newcastle, NSW and is closed on weekends and public holidays. We use Australia Post and Star Track Express and they will take 1-6 working days, depending on your location. Regional areas may take extra time but most deliveries are delivered on time. Your delivery may be delayed due to unexpected events and poor weather conditions.\nDELIVERY ADDRESS:\nYour product will deliver to the address provided by you during the product checkout page. And, once you have been charged, we cannot change the delivery address. Please carefully check over your order and shipping information before completing your order.\nLATE DELIVERIES:\nWe or our courier providers will try to deliver your order on time but it may be late due to delays outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the time frame then you contact the nominated courier service or directly contact us.\n\nTRACK YOUR ORDER:\nOnce, we shipped your order, we will provide you with the nominated courier service and tracking number of your order. You can directly track your order by visiting the website of courier service\n\nNote: Tracking details need some time to appear on the courier service website. If no information is shown against your tracking number then check again later.\n\nORDER DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:\nWe ensure that your goods are shipped in proper packing that not get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged parcel then directly contact us within 24 hours after the delivery. Our customer service will assess and assist you in this matter.\n

Javson Sports Australia Return Policy

Javson provides premium quality products. Our quality sales department check the delivery twice to maintain the quality service before dispatch the order. In case of exchange and return of products you need to send us a message using your Bunnings account. Terms and conditions for exchange and return: Customers need to inform within 14 calendar days; of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in the same condition the product was received. It must include all the packing and tags and any other material in the shipment on the items. In order to return or refund, customer must have the tax invoice of the product created by Javson. stock clearance, promotional and end of line products; to exchange, return or refund. Change of mind: In the case of customer change their mind, we are happy to exchange the products. Customer will be liable to pay for all the shipment and handling charges. Incorrect and Defective products: In case of receiving incorrect or defective products, we are to offer customers a Full Refund or Exchange including shipment charges.
