While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delays can occur that are beyond our control. These may include courier delays, lost packages, or temporary postal service disruptions. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Our shipping carriers include Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Aramex, but we may also use other reputable courier services when required.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty or unsuitable. Returned items must be unused and sent within 30 days of the original purchase date. All postage costs associated with the return or exchange must be covered by the customer unless the item was faulty upon arrival or was wrongly recommended by us.

Please note: If the product you purchased does not perform to your personal standard, this does not necessarily mean it is faulty. Expectations of product performance can vary from person to person. Therefore, if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, postage will be covered by the customer. If the item you purchased does not fit your machine, postage will also be covered by the customer. If you return an item that qualified for free postage, you are still responsible for the cost of postage we incurred, unless the item is faulty or wrongly recommended by us.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Used machines or motors are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or wrongly recommended by us. All machines must be returned in sealed manufacturer boxes in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the original seal is removed.
