Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully review all product descriptions, specifications and dimensions before placing your order.
Change of Mind
Due to the size and nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or where the product dimensions or specifications do not meet customer expectations.
Delivery Damage
All products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery where possible or sign the delivery note as “Damaged” or “Subject to Inspection”.
Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and contact us contact us as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
If the delivery is accepted and signed for without noting any damage, it may affect our ability to lodge a claim with the freight carrier. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Inspection After Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the product promptly after delivery of receiving the item and notify us promptly if there are any issues.
Installed or Assembled Products
We are unable to accept return requests once the product has been installed, assembled, modified, or used.
Packaging
If a return or damage claim is required, the original packaging should be retained as it may be required for assessment or collection.
We will always work with customers to provide an appropriate solution where a genuine product fault or verified transport damage has occurred.
