Isoflex Technologies Pty Ltd was established in 2005 in Australia’s Gold Coast Marine Precinct. Determined to make vibration minimizing products that surpassed what was available to the marine market, Isoflex differentiated itself from the start by using a stable co-polymer instead of rubber, to specifically resist fuel, oils and water, while offering at least 85% vibration isolation.
Originally developed to handle the extremes of marine environments, Isoflex products lend themselves exceptionally well to general and industrial applications.

This Shipping Policy applies to products sold via the Bunnings Marketplace. It outlines shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and responsibilities to ensure a clear and consistent customer experience in line with Bunnings Marketplace requirements.
2. Order Processing

•\tOrders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
•\tCustomers will receive an order confirmation once their order has been accepted.
3. Shipping Methods
•\tOrders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers selected based on product size, weight, and destination.
•\tDelivery is available to eligible Australian addresses only, unless otherwise specified on the product listing.
4. Shipping Costs
•\tShipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout or included in the product price where stated.
•\tAdditional charges may apply for bulky, oversized, or regional deliveries and will be disclosed prior to order confirmation where applicable.
5. Delivery Timeframes

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)
•\tAuthority to Leave will be applied in accordance with the carrier’s standard terms.
•\tIf ATL is selected, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
•\tAny damaged, lost, or missing items must be reported through the Bunnings Marketplace platform within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
•\tClaims will be assessed in line with carrier terms and Bunnings Marketplace policies.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
•\tCustomers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of order.
•\tAdditional charges may apply for re-delivery or address correction if incorrect information is provided.
10. Returns Related to Shipping
•\tReturns due to change of mind or incorrect orders are subject to the Bunnings Marketplace returns policy.
•\tShipping costs may not be refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.

Isoflex Technologies Return Policy

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and provide remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if the product:
• Has a major fault
• Is damaged in transit
• Is not as described
• Is incorrectly supplied
Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day change of mind return on unused items, provided that:
• The item is in original condition, unused and unopened
• Original packaging, accessories and documentation are included
• Proof of purchase from Bunnings Marketplace is provided
Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed back to the original payment method via Bunnings Marketplace.
Change of mind returns do not apply to:
• Items that have been used, installed or modified
• Items not returned in original condition or packaging
• Special order, custom-made or clearance items (where applicable)
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported via the Bunnings Marketplace order portal within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Assessment
All return requests are subject to assessment.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL requirements.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs will be covered where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
• For approved change of mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise advised.
• If a product is assessed and found not to be faulty, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
• Returned with original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or improper application
• Products damaged after delivery
