Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and provide remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if the product:
• Has a major fault
• Is damaged in transit
• Is not as described
• Is incorrectly supplied
Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day change of mind return on unused items, provided that:
• The item is in original condition, unused and unopened
• Original packaging, accessories and documentation are included
• Proof of purchase from Bunnings Marketplace is provided
Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed back to the original payment method via Bunnings Marketplace.
Change of mind returns do not apply to:
• Items that have been used, installed or modified
• Items not returned in original condition or packaging
• Special order, custom-made or clearance items (where applicable)
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported via the Bunnings Marketplace order portal within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Assessment
All return requests are subject to assessment.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL requirements.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs will be covered where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
• For approved change of mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise advised.
• If a product is assessed and found not to be faulty, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
• Returned with original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or improper application
• Products damaged after delivery

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
