While we and our couriers endeavour to meet these delivery times on all occasions, keep in mind that your location and order size will ultimately impact the speed of delivery to you. As such, please allow up to 15 business days for all deliveries in case of delays. For non-fragile rural deliveries, please allow 12 business days from time of dispatch.

*Fragile items include marble tables, entertainment units, buffet units, and items containing glass.
We require an Australian street or residential address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver orders to a PO Box.
Unfortunately, the service and delivery of goods by third party couriers is strictly to ground floor and/ or front door only by a single delivery driver hence you will require to assist driver unload bulky / heavy items from his van / truck. As such, this service does not include:
Carrying product/s inside, upstairs, or in elevators
Placing product/s in rooms
Assembling product/s, and
Removing packaging or wrapping.
Note that you will be required to organise help from another person and to take furniture from the ground floor and/ or front door inside the residence. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaged product/s will fit through doorways, staircases, and/ or elevators before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is available for all SK Designer Living deliveries using a courier company, deliveries using our drivers will not have tracking information but these deliveries will be organized in advance and driver will call / text 30 minutes prior to drop.
Commercial and Oversized Orders
A person from your end will be required to assist the delivery driver to carry heavy or large bulky product/s to your ground floor and/ or front door. Should you have special requirements, please leave clear instructions in the comments section upon the checkout process.

We provide return policy on furniture purchased from our website excluding all lighting products. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a refund less freight. Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows, the item must:
Not be used
Not be assembled
Not be damaged at all
Packed in all the original packaging
Packaging to not be damaged
Include all tools and hardware
Damage in transit:
If your item/s arrived damaged, we require you to notify us about this damage within the first 72 hours of receiving your order; you must email us photo/s to show damage. If no fault is reported within this 72 hours period, faults will be dealt with in accordance with our terms and conditions.
