Bunnings' lowest prices policy and price guarantee does not apply to products sold directly by Bunnings' Trusted Sellers.

Insource Australia Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Freight costs vary for each buyer depending on their postcode/location. Please check your shipping address, once items are dispatched this cannot be changed and will incur fees to retrieve/resend items. \nDeliveries cannot be sent to a post office box as we do not use Australia Post.\nCouriers can only deliver Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm only.\nDelivery charges are quoted as “curbside delivery” which means as close to your premises as practical for a truck and to the ground floor.\nIt is your responsibility to advise us:\nIf someone will be available to sign for the delivery.\nIf there is somewhere safe it can be left if no one is home (e.g. around the back of the house)\nIf the address is a business address. If so we will require information regarding the business hours and the name of the building.\nIf you miss the delivery, you may be required to pick up your delivery from the freight companies depot or can arrange a re-delivery with the freight company, however, this may result in additional delivery fees.\nWe cannot advise you of the exact day and time delivery will occur however, we will email you the tracking details and the freight company contact details and they can provide you with a better estimation of the time.\nItems may be delivered with additional packaging for transit protection, or on a pallet for ease of transportation. It is not our responsibility for the removal of any waste at the delivery location.\nIf you are looking to refund an item, freight and delivery expenses are considered a separate service and will be passed on to the customer. To facilitate this, Insource Online will deduct the shipping cost from the eligible reimbursement amount (the price of products purchased) and pay this to the courier directly on behalf of the customer. The Insource team will discuss these costs with you prior to processing the refund.

Insource Australia Return Policy

Change of Mind / Returns Insource Australia aims to provide easy, quick and no hassle service. We are very transparent in our operations and we hope you enjoy your shopping experience. 1. Insource will allow a return where you changed your mind based on the following criteria: - returned within 14 days of receiving the order - in a resalable condition - not damaged or scratched in any way - as new and is has not been worn, used, or opened - and has all original packing & tags in-tact 2. Change of mind returns cannot be accepted on items that originally are in sealed packages or boxes where the seal is broken or damaged or taken apart. 3. The buyer will take the risk & return shipping costs in returning the item 4. You will be provided refund after the return package/item has been received, inspected and that it meets with the above conditions 5. If the product is incorrect to your confirmed order or faulty, please get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving so we can make arrangements for return delivery and or exchange/return. For returns/exchanges, Insource must receive the item within 30 days.
