Orders received after 5 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day. Shipping carrier: We typically ship via TNT. Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the Australia typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

Illuminate Pros Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return or refund is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package/s. The Buyer is responsible for freight/postage costs to return items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not

DAMAGES or ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
