I Gaming Computer Shipping Policy

Delivery and Redelivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details and for being available to receive and accept their order.

Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer being unavailable to accept the goods, or the customer refusing delivery, the customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery or freight charges associated with a further delivery attempt.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact us using the Contact Seller function on Bunnings Marketplace so we can review the delivery status and assist with the next steps.

If Australia Post incorrectly delivers or misdirects a parcel, please contact us using the Contact Seller function. We will assist with following up the delivery issue with Australia Post where appropriate.

Customers may request an alternative shipping method, subject to availability and agreement before dispatch.

Any redelivery or freight charges under this policy will not apply where the failed delivery was caused by the seller or carrier, and nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

I Gaming Computer Return Policy

WARRANTY, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

WARRANTY

All products purchased from I Gaming Computer come with a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties have different durations for different products.

All prebuilt and custom PCs come with a 3 year return to base warranty. This includes diagnosing and repairing hardware issues. No warranty covers physical damage caused after delivery. It is important that if you have an issue with a product, you contact us first, as unauthorised repair attempts may affect the manufacturer or return to base warranty.

These warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and do not replace them. Where this policy states that something is not covered by our warranty, such as physical damage or unauthorised repair attempts, this applies only to the manufacturer or return to base warranty and does not affect your separate rights under the Australian Consumer Law where the goods are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Brand new, unopened parts and items, excluding prebuilt and custom computers, are covered by a 30 day change of mind return, provided the return is made within that window. All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop the item off in person at our Canning Vale store.

Prebuilt and custom computers are not eligible for change of mind returns, as they are built to order.

This exclusion only applies where you have simply changed your mind. It does not apply if the item, including a prebuilt or custom computer, is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. These issues are handled under the sections below and applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

INCORRECT OR NOT-AS-DESCRIBED ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item, or an item that does not match the description on the listing, contact us using the Contact Seller function on Bunnings Marketplace and let us know the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we may arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy at no cost to you. Where we supplied the incorrect item or the item is otherwise covered by an applicable consumer guarantee, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

We will provide return instructions, including a reply paid shipping label where applicable. If you are located in Perth, you are also welcome to drop the item off at our Canning Vale store. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can confirm the appropriate return process.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN DELIVERY

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange for the item to be returned to us at no cost to you, using a reply paid shipping label where applicable. If you are located in Perth, you may also drop the item off at our Canning Vale store.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund. You will not be required to pay reasonable return shipping costs where the item was damaged in transit.

COMPUTER COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES (FAULTY ITEMS)

If you receive computer components or accessories that are faulty, contact us using the Contact Seller function on Bunnings Marketplace. We will cover the cost of return shipping where we are responsible for the return under the applicable warranty or Australian Consumer Law.

For warranty claims notified within two weeks of receiving the product, we will arrange the return shipping. Faults reported outside this window may still be covered by the manufacturer warranty or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us and we will advise the best way to proceed.

When goods are returned under warranty, they will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment, repair, and possible replacement. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a credit or refund will be offered where applicable.

PREBUILT OR CUSTOM COMPUTERS (WARRANTY)

Prebuilt and custom computers are not eligible for change of mind returns, as they are built to order. They are, however, covered by our 3 year return to base warranty.

If the hardware in your prebuilt or custom computer is faulty at any point within three years of receiving it, the 3 year return to base warranty will cover the applicable costs to repair the PC. If you are located outside of Perth, we will send you a shipping label to return the PC. The computer will then be diagnosed, repaired, and sent back to you at no cost under the return to base warranty.

Unauthorised attempts to fix a faulty PC may affect the return to base warranty.

If you think you have an issue, contact us using the Contact Seller function on Bunnings Marketplace. We will help diagnose the issue before deciding if it needs to be sent back to us, as most issues are resolved this way.

If you are required to send your PC back for repair, please ship it in the original box, with original foams inside and outside the computer. If you are missing any original packaging, you must purchase new packaging before shipping it back. Support the GPU from top to bottom with foam and wrap the PC in an inch of bubble wrap with foam padding to prevent movement in transit. Please send a photo of the PC with foams in place before shipping it back.

If you are located in Perth, you may drop the PC off at our Canning Vale store.

Any packaging requirements under this return to base warranty do not limit or affect rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

PREBUILT OR CUSTOM KEYBOARDS

Prebuilt or custom keyboards are covered by a 1 year return to base warranty. Unauthorised modifications to the keyboard may affect the return to base warranty.

If you have an issue with your keyboard, contact us using the Contact Seller function on Bunnings Marketplace and one of our technicians will help.

If you are required to send your keyboard back for repair, please ship it in the original box. If you are missing any original packaging, you must purchase new packaging before shipping it. If you are located in Perth, you may drop the keyboard off at our Canning Vale store.

Any packaging requirements under this return to base warranty do not limit or affect rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

REFUNDS

Where you are approved for a refund, we will process it using the same payment method the order was originally paid with.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where any term of this policy conflicts with your rights under the ACL, your ACL rights prevail.
