The anti-bacterial surface on this yellow chopping board from Hygiplas makes it incredibly effective at reducing the risk of cross contamination. The special chopping surface is designed to prevent the growth of bacteria before it can pose a threat to customers. Made from low density polyethylene, the 45cm x 30cm board should be used with raw poultry as part of a colour-coded chopping board set. Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
