Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipment to ensure they are packed securely and accurately.

Shipping and Transit Time
Delivery Time: Our standard delivery timeframe is generally 6 to 10 business days for metro areas. For regional or remote locations, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service.??If required, we will contact you after receiving the final quote from the freight company.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time: From the moment you place your order, you can expect to receive your items within 6 to 10 business days. This includes both processing and transit times.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress and know exactly when to expect delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return & Refund Policy


For any returns or enquiries, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

All products are covered by a 30-day replacement or refund warranty from the date of purchase. Refunds or replacements are only applicable for items that arrive physically damaged, defective, missing parts or accessories, or significantly different from the product description.

Return Requirements

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

Any damage occurring during return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Issue Resolution

If your order is defective, incorrect, or not as described, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence such as photos or videos may be required for assessment. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or product abuse.

Returns & Refund Process

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must remain in original condition and packaging.

A Return Authorization (RA#) must be obtained before sending any item back.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable delivery service, as lost returns are not covered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Returned items should be declared appropriately to avoid additional customs charges.

Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Partial Refunds
