All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days. Once dispatched, all domestic orders will receive a tracking number.

We offer a standard flare rate shipping fees from between $9.95 and 39.95 based on total order weight, for all orders in Australia

We only deliver to street addresses and NOT PO BOXES. “

any item up to 3kg will be 9.95
anything between 3-5kg wil be 19.95
anything between 5-7kg will be 29.95
anything above 7kg will be 39.95
We are not responsible for the assembly or installation of any items. Once they are received, the purchaser is responsible for moving and unpacking the boxes and placing the items in the preferred positions and protecting any floor covering.

We do not remove the item(s) from the box or take away the packaging material and the boxes from your home

Orders are delivered to houses with level access or apartments with lift access only.

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

You may be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it is unsafe
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
Most products listed on our website are fragile and handmade which adds to their uniqueness. All this information is listed on each product related to this.
There are strictly no returns or exchanges on seconds or sale products. Should your online order arrive damaged or be defective, House of Walton must be notified via email within 24 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, House of Walton, wherever possible will endeavor to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.

Should House of Walton not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping to return the products to your nearest Post Office. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card number.

Please note refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed from the date of approval.
