All orders ship within 24-48 hours after being placed, this does not include public holidays and weekends. Shipment time can take up-to 5-7 days. You will receive tracking information in your inbox via Australia Post or Couriers Please.

All items are sent from either our Melbourne or Sydney warehouse unless otherwise stated on product description.

In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

HOPD offers customers early purchase on exclusive and popular products.

Pre order items are generally listed in the items product page with a rough ETA of despatch. You will be notified via email on the progress of your pre-order should there be any delays. Your pre order will automatically be despatched when stock arrives to our warehouse.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
House of Pets Delight ensures that customers are 100% satisfied with their product purchase, and accordingly, its return/exchange process is super easy.

We aim only to deliver satisfaction and will help you throughout your ordering process. We do not accept refunds unless product is faulty from manufacturer. We can exchange a product. If you wish to exchange please advise us within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, completely clean of pet hair, stains and odour. If applicable, the products must have their original tags still attached.
We will not accept an exchange on used/worn items. You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed to exchange it for you.

Sale items can be exchanged.
