Hotshoppa Shipping Policy

Hotshoppa offers Fast Next-Business-Day Dispatch on all orders and Australia-Wide Courier Delivery including full Online Courier Tracking via our Australian Courier Partner Companies. The delivery fee will be added at checkout depending on your product and size as well as your delivery postcode selected. Hotshoppa has multiple warehouse locations across Australia offering fast dispatch of online orders.

Hotshoppa Return Policy

For Change of Mind Returns, our policy allows customers to return or exchange the product within 14 days after receiving the order provided all of the following criteria are adhered to:


(1) item is unused in original packaging and has not been unassembled
(2) customer is responsible for returning item back to our warehouse at their expense
(3) item is received back to our warehouse in good condition within 14 days.


After above steps have been completed a refund can be provided less original shipping charge. We do not provide returns for furniture which has been opened or assembled and do not offer change of size returns.


If the product is faulty, depending on the nature of the fault, we will provide a repair, replacement or return as a remedy for the customer. In circumstances where the product is faulty we will require photographic evidence or a short video which provides sufficient ability for us to diagnose and provide an appropriate remedy for the fault.


Please allow up to 14 business days from the date you send your item(s) back for your return to be processed.


Refunds will be made to the original payment method & once your return has been processed you will be notified. Delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods due to high volumes.
