For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong product.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
Unused, undamaged, and uninstalled.
The original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, is intact.
Please contact us immediately if damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover all associated costs.

Return Process
Online Purchase Returns:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping Costs:
For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For product quality issues or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will be processed within 10 business days, it may take 1 week to reflect in your payment/ Bank account.
Partial Refunds:
If returned items do not meet all criteria (e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories, or damaged product), we may issue a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items that do not meet our return policy criteria will be returned to the customer without a refund.
Exchange Policy
