We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

Orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post or couriers of our choice, which generally take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in Australian major cities and 3 to 7 business days for regional areas.

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

At Holly & Co AU, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer options for refunds and exchanges under the following conditions, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Before making a purchase, please read this policy so that you understand your rights, as well as what you can expect from us, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and assist you with the process.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, and returned with its label attached.
- You notify us by contacting us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You return the item within 7 days of receiving the return instructions from us.
- The item is not in the 'Excluded Items' list below.

EXCLUDED ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Sale items

PROCESSING REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit to your account, valid for 365 days. For exchanges, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately by contacting us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. You may be entitled to a refund, exchange or repair under the Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and services. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between our policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
