- Our delivery partners are unable to carry items upstairs, enter homes, or provide installation/removal services.
- For items exceeding 40kg, assistance may be required for unloading if a tailgate service is not available.
- A valid contact number is essential to facilitate the delivery process.

- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
- If a redirection is necessary, additional fees may apply, and delivery times may be affected.

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is unused and has not been assembled or unpacked
- The item is in the same condition as received
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- It is highly recommended that shipping insurance is purchased when returning items, as any damage incurred during transit is the customer’s responsibility
