For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
RETURNS
You may return any item for change of mind excluding sale items; postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return an item please contact seller link within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If faulty we require a photograph of the faulty item your order number or name it was purchased under.
You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out to be included in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 30 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
Herbal Hound do not offer a free returns service for change of mind.

We are unable to refund sale items or items purchased at a discount for change of mind, however, we are committed to helping you find the perfect accessory.
Please note: that sale items, length of sale and times that sales occur are at the discretion of Herbal Hound and may change without notice. Sale prices are only applicable during the sale period – no backdating. We are unable to combine multiple orders made during the sale, due to the large volume of orders.
