At Herbal Hound, we aim to deliver your order as swiftly and safely as possible. Where We Ship We currently ship Australia-wide using tracked parcel services. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Processing & Delivery

Herbal Hound Return Policy
For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
RETURNS
You may return any item for change of mind excluding sale items; postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return an item please contact seller link within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If faulty we require a photograph of the faulty item your order number or name it was purchased under.
You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out to be included in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 30 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
Herbal Hound do not offer a free returns service for change of mind.
