Fast Dispatch\nOur warehouse operates five days a week to cut your wait time after purchase. Shipments for general orders happen within 24HRS after purchase. However, delays could still happen due to unforeseeable conditions with the couriers. Delivery can be made in Australia wide & delivery times are guidelines and are never guaranteed. Gym Mart will not compensate for any delivery that arrives later than the estimate given. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. Gym Mart will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times. If your order looks damaged on delivery, please check your delivery before signing for it, inform the delivery driver of the damage, and ask them to record the damage. In the event of problematic couriers, you may find your parcel delivered by a different courier of our choice to ensure the product's safe delivery.\n

Gym Mart Return Policy

Gym Mart is dedicated to help customers select the right fitness equipment that suits their training needs. We try to be as detail as possible in our product information so that customers are able to find the best equipment at the first place. However, we understand that shopping online can be difficult, so we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind or simply don’t like our products. In order to be eligible for our 7day satisfaction guarantee, The item must be unused and in the same condition when you receive it, in original packaging. Product has not been assembled. Agree that the initial freight costs are not refundable. All guarantees are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the sale price to cover the handling costs incurred for returning/repacking the product. If all conditions above are met, contact Gym Mart within 7 days upon receiving your product to initiate the money back procedure and we will inform you how the item will be returned. Gym Mart is responsible for the freight of the returned product. Warehouse Return Option If you reside in Melbourne, you can also choose to drop by our warehouse and returned the product. In this case, the restocking fee you are paying will be reduced to 10% of the sale price of the returned product. Contact us before if you are planning to return the product of our warehouse and we are there to help.
