We have partnered with Australia’s leading freight forwarders like Australia Post and Star Track Express for small and bulk shipments to deliver safe and fast delivery at the best freight rate across Australia. DELIVERY TIME: Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after we got your payment confirmation. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. During peak times there will be a delay. Our distribution centre is located in Newcastle, NSW and is closed on weekends and public holidays. We use Australia Post and Star Track Express and they will take 1-6 working days, depending on your location. Regional areas may take extra time but most deliveries are delivered on time. Your delivery may be delayed due to unexpected events and poor weather conditions. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Your product will deliver to the address provided by you during the product checkout page. And, once you have been charged, we cannot change the delivery address. Please carefully check over your order and shipping information before completing your order. LATE DELIVERIES: We or our courier providers will try to deliver your order on time but it may be late due to delays outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the time frame then you contact the nominated courier service or directly contact us. TRACK YOUR ORDER: Once, we shipped your order, we will provide you with the nominated courier service and tracking number of your order.
