For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Should a customer receive any product which is faulty, then the customer must notify GTmall within 14 days and discuss to resend the product back for replacement. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by GTmall within 14 days from the invoice date, at GTmall discretion for refund or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. GTmall reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
