All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days with tracking details provided. We use Australia Post for small items, and Allied Express for large and bulky items.

Deliveries to ACT New South Wales countries take on average 2 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Melbourne metropolitan take on average 2 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Victoria countries take on average 3 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Adelaide, Brisbane metropolitan take on average 2 business days to arrive
Deliveries to QLD, SA countries take on average 3 business days to arrive
Deliveries to TAS, WA and NT take on average\t3 to 6 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Should a customer receive any product which is faulty, then the customer must notify GTmall within 14 days and discuss to resend the product back for replacement.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by GTmall within 14 days from the invoice date, at GTmall discretion for refund or exchange.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. GTmall reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
