You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
?? Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unassembled, and unopened
Products must remain vacuum-sealed and in their original packaging
All accessories, inserts and tags must be included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns
If these conditions aren’t met, we may be unable to accept the return or may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
?? Important: No Returns on Opened Vacuum-Sealed Items
Many Grumpi products arrive compressed in a box and expand once opened.
Once the vacuum seal is broken or the product has expanded, it cannot be returned or re-packed — physics, unfortunately, is not on our side.
Think of it like returning a cake after taking a bite.
If you’re unsure, don’t open it just yet. Admire it through the bag first — like a squishy piece of modern art.

The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for return
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
?? Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end
Refund timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider
?? Warranty
All Grumpi products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults or defects under normal household use.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, spills, pets, sharp objects, or improper care
Changes in firmness or shape that occur naturally as the product settles
If you believe your item is faulty, email with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
