Growme Melbourne Shipping Policy

Your order will be couriered directly to you from our warehouse.
The address keyed in at time of order will be the address that will appear on the shipping slip. Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.

Due to the size of our products we cannot send to PO Box addresses.
The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.
You will be sent confirmation of shipping and will be able to track your delivery via link provided.

We also offer pick up from our warehouse for Melbourne residents. Our warehouse is located in Derrimut Victoria.

We will do our best to send items in one lot, however there may be times where items may be shipped separately due to size of items or stock availability.

The courier will be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing and we can arrange a signed for delivery).

Growme Melbourne Return Policy

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We are sure that you'll love your new home office setup but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Please note: only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
Please kindly contact us with images of the defective item and we will advise on a case by case basis. If part of the item is easily repairable we will guide you through how to fix it, otherwise we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund within 30 days.
