Owners Jason and Sarah are passionate about animals, so much so that they started Going Troppo Fish and Pets in 2017. They wanted to give their clients better advice on their pets, not just the furry ones, but also have a great knowledge of fish, which was lacking in other pet shops.
Going Troppo has supported their local rescuers by giving homes not only cats and dogs but also small animals, with over 100 small species finding new homes. Going Troppo is dedicated to helping our local rescue groups even more.

Going Troppo Pets Shipping Policy

Currently ships to addresses throughout the Australia. We primarily utilise Australia Post Network for the majority of our shipments, however, we may use Couriers Please and other carriers from time to time to suit our delivery locations or to accommodate a faster shipping experience for our customers.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours
Order cutoff time : 2.00 pm every weekday.
While these orders before 2.00 pm will be handed off to our shipping partners (Australia Post, Couriers Please and more), we cannot guarantee their ability to expedite the shipping process. If you have concerns, please contact Customer Service.
Handling time : 1 – 3 business Days (Monday to Saturday)
Transit time : Standard Australia Shipping 7 To 21 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Going Troppo Pets Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from goingtroppopets.com.au If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:
1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
On the off chance that you’d wish to return an item to Going Troppo Fish Pets kindly adhere to the guidelines underneath within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Your order must be returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact). We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have a change of mind. We do not cover return postage.
Please get in touch with us if you’d like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorised, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process.
If you are looking for an exchange for a faulty product, please contact us and we will organise an exchange!
3. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If your product is damaged or defective from a Pet Supplies Australia shipment or in-store purchase, we will exchange or refund this product.
