Delivery to your door is free Australia wide and our timeframes* are:
7-10 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.
Approx 10 business days for all other areas in Australia.
Please note that some products are delivered in multiple boxes and may be delivered separately depending on the transport company.

For any returns or enquiries please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email.
When placing an order with gobaplay, you agree to accept the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Certain legislation in Australia may provide consumer guarantees or impose obligations on Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd t/as gobaplay which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or only to a limited extent.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to such legislation, including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Return Policy
At gobaplay we are confident we deliver a quality product.
In accordance with consumer law, we are not required to offer a refund for change of mind. However, each refund or cancellation enquiry is handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Exchange Policy
Within 30 days from the date the items were received, we allow customers to exchange their items.
If your gobaplay items have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the trampoline to gobaplay will be incurred.
If your gobaplay items have been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply;
Freight Costs to return the originally purchased items will be the customers responsibility
If the gobaplay items have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into their original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).
The difference in retail price of the items will apply to each exchange.
Once returned, the items will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.
If the items are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.
Return delivery costs are $100.
