We aim to dispatch all orders, excluding bikes, within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) from our Darra warehouse. Bikes will be dispatched within approximately 4-5 working days.\n\nUsually Delivery times will vary from 2-5 business days for metro areas and 7-14 business days for rural and remote areas.\n\nAs we continue to grow and get more brands on board, we've needed to begin sourcing stock directly from our suppliers. Some brands (DT Swiss, Enduro, Bont, BZ Optics and much more) are sourced directly with Australian suppliers, and may experience a slightly delayed dispatch time. These delays are prominently displayed on item pages, but feel free to reach out if you have any concerns!

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Crooze offers the best prices on a massive range of bikes, scooters, parts and accessories. If you would like to return part of, or all of your order, then we can supply a store credit refund as long as the item/s are in 100% sellable condition (i.e; returned in undamaged packaging, brand new condition). Returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving your order. Crooze reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item/s are not in sellable condition, or if they are returned after the 30 day period.
