Processing time is 2 business days. Estimated shipping time is 2-10 business days. Shipping time depends on destination postcode: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra: 2-4 working days. Country NSW, Vic, Qld, SA and ACT: 3-4 working days. Tas, WA and NT: up to 10 working days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Global Shop Direct Return Policy

For any returns, please contact us via the contact seller link in your Bunnings order confirmation email. Damaged Products Customer must inspect the product on delivery and satisfy itself that the product is not damaged. If the product is damaged, customer must notify seller and must provide evidence of the damage, such as by way of photographs. Seller does not accept liability for products lost or damaged in the mail or by customer. Customer must comply with the 'Return of Products' requirements below when returning any damaged product. Return of Products Customer must return the product in its original packaging. Items must be returned unused with all original accessories and contents, by registered post to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice to obtain a refund or, return postage at customer’s expense. Please contact the seller to obtain a Return Authorization before goods can be returned. For faulty or incorrectly delivered items please contact the seller for return or replacement instructions. Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at customer’s cost unless we otherwise agree in writing. Except where required by law or in accordance with this clause, seller is not obliged to accept any return of products. If seller does not accept the return of the product, seller will contact customer in writing. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
