Frequently asked questions

Gift Cards can be purchased in any Bunnings store or online.

Gift Cards without the 4-digit PIN can be redeemed in-store only, while Gift Cards with the 4-digit PIN can be used in-store as well as online, including for Marketplace purchases.

You can purchase a physical Gift Card in-store or online. Physical Gift Cards purchased online will be delivered to your nominated address within ten days.

eGift Cards can be purchased online and will be delivered via e-mail within four hours unless a delayed delivery is requested.

A Gift Card with a 4-digit PIN will have the PIN under a scratch panel on a physical Gift Card and under the barcode for an eGift Card.

Gift Cards with no PIN will not have a scratch panel on a physical Gift Card. eGift Cards will have two barcodes to be scanned in-stores. 

You can check the balance of Gift Cards with a 4-digit PIN here or by calling 1800 797 586 or visiting any Bunnings location.

Gift Cards without a PIN will have the balance displayed on the Gift Card.

You can personalise your Gift Card order by including a custom message. Please note that custom images for both physical and digital Gift Cards are no longer available.
Australian Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Bunnings stores across Australia or online.

Yes, as long as your billing address is in Australia.

Gift Cards can only be purchased using payment methods with an Australian billing address and phone numbers. Transactions with international billing addresses cannot be processed at this time.

You can order physical or eGift Cards in bulk by completing this form and emailing it to giftcards@bunnings.com.au. Once we receive your form, you will receive an order confirmation and payment details. After payment is processed:

  • Physical Gift Cards will be delivered to your nominated address
  • eGift Cards will be securely transferred in a convenient CSV file

 

Physical and eGift Cards can be purchased online or in any Bunnings location.

Yes, physical and eGift Cards can be redeemed by anyone.
Bunnings Gift Cards are only valid and redeemable in Bunnings locations across Australia and online at bunnings.com.au. They cannot be used at other retailers or stores.
No, Bunnings Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Bunnings Gift Cards don't have an expiry date and are valid until redemption.

You can order physical or eGift Cards in bulk by completing this form and emailing it to giftcards@bunnings.com.au. Once we receive your form, you will receive an order confirmation and payment details. After payment is processed:

You can order up to 2,000 Gift Cards or a value of $250,000 per order. However, there is no limit to the orders to be submitted.

  • Physical Gift cards are dispatched via express post and should arrive within 5 business days.

Once you’ve received them, Gift Cards can be activated by calling the Gift Cards team on 03 8567 7404 or emailing giftcards@bunnings.com.au. eGift cards will be automatically activated when they are available.
Yes. Corporate and bulk orders for custom logo physical Gift Cards are available. Please complete this form and email it to giftcards@bunnings.com.au.
